To start with increasing your rank with Fynch you can take up all the bounties that are offered by him but there is one more thing that you need to do to get access to that. You need to get the Quest after the completion of “The Ghosts” campaign mission.
Along with that you can also provide complete Lost sectors, public events, open chests, collect osmium materials to get your rank up fast. Below is a list of throne world reputation points acquired from activities in Destiny 2.

So, these are all the points from lowest to the highest that you can achieve in throne world. Now, its quite not possible to locate all the normal chests but you can equip the Wombo Detector Mod on your ghost to locate chests and Osmium materials in the throne world with ease.
Regional Chests provide the highest amount of points but they are only limited to Nine and this also tied to a small quest. There are around 10 Lucent Moths that can be collected from around the throne world destination and these are tied to a secret triump in the game.
How To Grind For Throne World Reputation Faster?
First of all, load into the throne world and pick up all the bounties you can from Fynch. After that equip the Wombo Detector Mod on your ghost and start doing the Public events. Now while doing the public events you need to constantly keep picking up Patrol mission, as these are pretty easy to complete.
Along with that, you will also be able to open chests and collect osmium materials and you be able to spot them easily as you have already equipped the Wombo Detector mod on your ghost.
